Magazines are valid while supplies last and quantities are limited. While we do our best to ensure you receive the magazine you asked for, there are instances where we may process your subscription for a magazine of similar content. If you are unhappy with the replacement you received, please contact us.
If your confirmation email has the wrong magazine listed, please contact us. Our redemption page has a default magazine pre-selected for you, but there are other great options to choose from in our listing. Be sure to scroll through the page to see all available options before completing your redemption.
Your first issue should arrive within 8-16 weeks from the date you redeemed your gift code. If it has been more than 16 weeks since your redemption and you have not received the first issue of your subscription, please contact us.
There is a limit of 1 subscription per magazine, per household. If you redeem your gift code for the same magazine within 1 year, your subscription will not be processed and you may receive a different title of similar content.
